	J C Elkin      J C ELKIN is the founder of the Broadneck Writers’ Workshop in Annapolis, Maryland, She is an award-winning author of poetry, fiction and non-fiction that has appeared in such journals as Kestrel, Snowy Egret, The Serving House Journal, Ducts, Earth’s Daughters, The Way of the Buffalo, and The Bay Weekly, for which she is also a theater critic.
